WHAT DOES THE SQUIGGLE REPRESENT?
I often get people remarking on my logo “squiggle”.
Let me share it’s significance:
It resembles a human brain which is at the centre of everything I do. I am fascinated by neuroscience and its impact on leadership and workplace cultures. The growing acceptance of the gut brain and the vagus nerve also influence my practice.
The squiggle is far from a straight line - signifying that nothing I do is entirely linear because it is to do with people. Of course I work to a plan but it’s always important to be present and prepared with multiple contingencies.
A lot of my time spent coaching is spent “untangling” people’s thoughts. We all seem to have a squiggle in our heads about something that we find challenging. One of my gifts is bringing order to the chaos and help people iron out their squiggle.
The squiggle resembles the infinity loop, every action on one side affects the other side. Everything we do within leadership and culture has flow on effects. It’s important to bear this in mind.
And finally, business can sometimes seem like a rollercoaster. You can almost imagine the squiggle resembling a thrilling rollercoaster ride. I support my clients around the hair raising bends on their growth journey.
